"Schedule updates are helpful, but not always on time"
I like that the schedule updates do show up, and most of the time they’re useful. That said, they’ve come through a little late for me a few times, which can be frustrating when I’m trying to plan around them. So overall, it’s okay, just not perfect.

"Wanted Utah State gear, but options were really limited"
I was trying to grab some Utah State gear in a bit of a hurry, but most of the sizes I needed were already sold out. A few things looked promising at first, then I clicked in and there were hardly any options left. The site itself was fine, but it was frustrating when the inventory just wasn’t really there.

I just wanted the event details without having to dig around forever, and luckily most of the info was right. No real issues, which is good because I don’t have the patience for wrong times or confusing updates

I got my tickets loaded on my phone eventually, but it took longer than I expected. They worked okay once they showed up, but waiting around for them to load was annoying, and that part was weird

"Payment options are a bit behind other stores"
Overall the checkout was fine, but I was surprised by how limited the payment choices were. A lot of other places I shop with offer more options like PayPal, Apple Pay, or buy-now-pay-later services, so this felt a little less convenient in comparison. I’d definitely appreciate having more ways to pay

I tried logging in a couple of times and it kept kicking me out for no clear reason. The account page feels clunky, like it only works when it wants to. Definitely more annoying than I expected.

"Good for keeping up with the Aggies"
I usually check utahstateaggies.com before and after games to see what’s going on, and most of the updates are easy to find. It definitely helps me feel more connected to the team. That said, some of the communication can be a little unclear at times, which gets annoying when I’m just trying to find quick details before a game.

"Buying tickets was fine, just a little clunky"
I got my tickets on utahstateaggies.com and it all worked out, but the whole thing felt a bit slower than I expected. A couple pages took awhile to load, and I had to go back once because my seat selection didn’t save, which was kinda annoying.
Once I finally got to checkout, it was straightforward, and the tickets showed up in my email quick. Not a bad experiance overall, just not the smoothest. I’d still use it again if I needed tickets.

"Mobile experience was frustrating"
I tried buying tickets on my phone and it was a pain. The page kept jumping around, the menus were tiny, and everything loaded slower than it should. I had to keep zooming in just to tap the right thing, which got old fast. On top of that, it made me verify myself more than once, which was really annoying when I was already struggling with the site. I did finally get the tickets, but I wouldn’t want to use it on mobile again.

I tried using a discount code on Utah State Aggies, and it was kind of frustrating. The promo was still being advertised, but every time I entered it, the site said it was invalid. Maybe I missed something, but I couldn’t find any clear details about exclusions or why it wouldn’t apply. The checkout price never changed, which was super annoying since the discount was basically the reason I decided to buy in the first place. Overall, not the worst thing ever, but yeah, disappointing

"My Utah State Shirt Arrived Shockingly Fast"
I ordered a Utah State shirt and braced myself for the long wait, like I’d be checking the mailbox for a week or more. But then, out of nowhere, it showed up in just a few days. The tracking was super easy to follow too, so there was no mystery or stress. No problems at all, I was genuinely impressed.

"Shipping cost was fair"
I ordered Utah State hoodie from utahstateaggies.com and thought the shipping was gonna be expensive, but it ended up being not bad at all.

The price showed up clear at checkout, and there wasn’t weird extra charge popping up at the end, which I really appreciated.

Package arrived fine and the shipping cost felt fair for what I got. I’d probably order from them again.
